Terms & Conditions
Terms governing use of the Topclass.bet decentralized software interface.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Topclass.bet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.
Topclass.bet is provided as-is decentralized software. It is not a gambling operator and does not accept bets on your behalf.
2. Nature of the service
Topclass.bet is a non-custodial front-end interface to third-party smart contract protocols. We do not set odds, manage liquidity, resolve markets, or guarantee payouts.
All betting logic, settlement, and fund flows are executed by autonomous on-chain contracts. Smart contract code is immutable once deployed and may contain risks inherent to blockchain technology.
3. No custody of funds
Topclass.bet never takes possession of user funds. We cannot freeze, reverse, or recover transactions. You are fully responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
Lost keys, incorrect transactions, or interactions with malicious contracts are irreversible and are not the responsibility of Topclass.bet.
4. Eligibility and compliance
You must be of legal age to participate in sports betting activities in your jurisdiction, if permitted at all. You represent that your use of the interface is lawful where you reside.
You agree not to use Topclass.bet if online betting, crypto wagering, or access to decentralized protocols is prohibited by applicable law. Compliance with local regulations is entirely your obligation.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The interface is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy of displayed odds, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or failures. Protocol upgrades and governance decisions by third parties may affect functionality without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topclass.bet and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the interface or underlying protocols.
This includes losses from smart contract bugs, oracle failures, market manipulation, regulatory action, or user error.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
