Topclass.bet is built on a decentralized model that minimizes data collection by design. We do not operate traditional user accounts and do not request personal identifying information.

We do not collect names, email addresses, postal addresses, government IDs, payment card data, or phone numbers.

When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public wallet address and on-chain activity necessary to display markets, odds, and bet history. This information already exists on public blockchains.

Topclass.bet does not receive your private keys or seed phrase. Signing occurs locally in your wallet application.

Like most web applications, our hosting infrastructure may process standard server logs such as IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and performance. We do not use this data to build personal profiles or sell information to third parties.

Local storage and cookies may be used for interface preferences such as language, odds format, or live mode settings.

Wallet providers, RPC nodes, indexers, and blockchain protocols are operated by independent third parties with their own privacy practices. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective policies.

Topclass.bet has no control over data processed by third-party infrastructure beyond what is required to render the interface.

Topclass.bet does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Because we do not collect personal data in the conventional sense, there is no personal data inventory to disclose or transfer.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data. Because Topclass.bet does not maintain personal data records tied to real-world identities, most data subject requests are not applicable.

You may stop using the interface and disconnect your wallet at any time.
